Is it really free to list a conference?

Yes. Listing a conference, summit, expo, workshop, webinar or other professional event on ConferenceInc is free. Paid promotion is optional.

How long does it take for my event to appear?

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is published. Most events are reviewed within one to two working days, and you will receive an email once it is live.

What do I need to submit an event?

The event name, dates, city and country, topic, organizer name, a contact email, the official event website and a short description of at least 50 characters.

Why was my event not approved?

We do not publish listings without an official website, events with unclear or past dates, duplicate submissions, or events that appear misleading. Contact us if you think your event was declined by mistake.

Can I update my event after submitting it?

Yes. Email hello@conferenceinc.net with the event name and the changes, and we will update the listing.

How can I get more visibility for my event?
